Terms and Conditions

1. Only Winners of the Campaign are entitled to enjoy this 200 K Dollars Offer.
2. During the Promotion Period, each Winner shall be entitled to enjoy this offer once.
3. The offer is eligible for tourists and ineligible for Hong Kong residents
4. To redeem this offer, Winners shall present: 1)  Winner’s Notification Email; and 2) a valid non-Hong Kong passport/ travel document to the B2 Koncierge at K11 MUSEA. K11 reserves the right not to accept any document that K11 suspects to be invalid, forged without any need for explanation.
5. For the avoidance of doubt, Winners may be asked to provide the initial 4 digits of their passport number to verify the Winner’s identity.
6. The offer is subject to stock availability on a first come first served basis.
7. To redeem this offer, Winners shall also first become a member of KLUB 11 Hong Kong and a member of K Dollar Program, and bind their KLUB 11 Hong Kong Membership with their corresponding K Dollar Program account.
8. Eligible Winners will be given a physical card with a corresponding QR code (the “Card”) in order to scan and redeem the K Dollar reward. The Card is personal to the Winner and can only be redeemed by the Winner and the QR code can only be scanned once for single redemption. The QR code will valid til 2024-12-31 and will expire after use.
9. Upon scanning the QR code on the Card, K Dollars will be credited to the Winner’s K Dollar Program account in the form of Points, which shall expire by the nearest quarter end date 12 months after scanning the QR code. 10. The Card is non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash or other items and will not be re-issued and shall be deemed invalid if found defaced, altered or damaged.
11. In case of any disputes, Missions Points Network Company Limited (“MPNCL”) reserve the right of final decision.
12. MPNCL reserves the right to amend the particulars of the Offer or suspend, terminate or cancel the Offer at any time without prior notice.
13. The Chinese version of these Terms and Conditions is provided for reference only. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and the Chinese version, the English version shall prevail.
